The Client initiated a project to set up a shared services center in Malaysia supporting the APAC region
The objective was to pull activities from Japan Korea Cambodia Thailand Singapore, India and
Bangladesh to one location to reduce overheads.Centralized functions included Finance, Invoicing, Employee Experience and Customer Care
Situation
ManpowerGroup allocated multidisciplinary recruitment teams on the project
Deployed contingent and perm staffing models
Allocated an account management structure & a governance model
Conducted regular reviews for process optimization
Provided legal consultations
Results
ManpowerGroup is working on 6 job orders
Successfully placed 8 clients referred candidates under our payroll and 1 perm headcount
The project is expected to ramp up by end of 2020 and ManpowerGroup to become an exclusive supplier
