The purpose of the job for Technician is to support Maintenance Engineer in supporting process department, preventive maintenance, safety regulation, machine operational issues and check spare parts inventory.

Job Requirement:
• Daily visual inspection and monitoring all the machines and take immediate action when found the machine in abnormal running condition.
• Reacts immediately to troubleshooting when machine problems arise (machine operator report) and analyze the root cause
• Carry out the jobs assigned by superior.
• Always carry out preventive maintenance and maintain normal functioning of all machine.
• Adheres to work procedures, company and safety regulation.
• Report to superior if there is major breakdown.
• Solve and provide any feedback to improve performance of the machine in coating and finishing operations. 
• Performs all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures
• To commit in factory safety culture and KPIs, eg. Near miss/observations/safety work reporting. 

Job Qualifications
Experience, knowledge and skills  
• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical
• Fresh graduates encourage to apply or minimum 1 – 2 years working experience  
• Able to work independently and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate well in both written and spoken English and Malay
• Advantage those have been working on roller or printing section.  Behavioral Competencies (Leadership Principles)
