K-YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

K-Youth is a youth employability programme that aims to develop Malaysia’s future talents.

The programme will equip youth with commercially useful skills and experience to enhance their employability that remains committed to support the nation’s youth employability, aligned with our Advancing Malaysia strategy and the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI.

Since 2015 we have trained and deployed over 3000+ trainees

As employers are challenged to adjust their strategies and adapt to market conditions, many youths found it more difficult than ever to secure meaningful and sustainable careers.

We believe that the future rests on the shoulders of the new generation with limitless potential for companies that tap into the talent our youths possess.

Various programmes are conducted online and offline with certified trainers, training partners, subject matter experts, with modules that can be invaluable for youth today.

We are looking for someone that

Possess strong interest towards being employed in Hotel industry and willing to adopt new skills

Possess strong interest towards being employed in Machinery/ Electrical and Electronic industry and willing to adopt new skills

Possess strong interest towards being employed in roles related to environmental and social sustainability and willing to adopt new skills

Requirements

Open to all Malaysian Certificate, Diploma, and Degree Graduates
Age below 30 years old
Have not participated in any similar programme
Unemployed for more than 1 month
Possesses strong interest towards being employed in roles related to Hotel/ Machinery/ Electrical & Electronic/Environmental & Social Sustainability Industry and willing to adopt new skills
