Location: Shah Alam
The principal duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Assistant consist of, but are not limited to the following:
Quality Assurance
- Ensuring the incoming stock is properly carry out physical counts and labelling according to MDA & Sirim requirement with appropriate manners to prevent damage, deterioration or misplace.
- Perform Quality Check on incoming and outgoing equipment.
Storage and Stock Control
- Ensuring the stocks are shelved systematically and neatly to facilitate retrieval and counting.
- Performing yearly stocktake and monthly stock counts for expiry goods on every 1st day of calendar month.
Goods in and Out.
- Receiving of physical goods from the suppliers and ensuring the goods and documentations are in correct order.
- Picking and packing the goods in an efficient and appropriate manner for shipment and delivery.
- Ensuring all movement of stocks are properly accounted for and registered in the SAP DW1 system with data accuracy.
