Job Description:
- Manage and attend to customer's call, understand the customer's needs and provide support and solution to customer.
- Create interaction log accurately to ensure conversations are being tracked.
- Ensure good adherence to schedule by monitoring the punctuality, unscheduled breaks as well as meal break time.
- Adhere to call transaction monitoring required and good quality of service.
Requirements:
- Good verbal/written communication skills in both English and Malay languages.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to start work immediately.
