Review and monitor 52 PPM schedules.
  • Planning, scheduling of equipment wise PPM's in 52 week planner and integrate with REALM tool.
  • Closure of work orders with proper service records as per SLA. • Be ready for sample audits on monthly basis. This includes all activities are updated 100% on REALMS.
  • Maintain complete information and compliance to O&M standard on service record for Citi assets where applicable e.g. WO number, no task undone, no blank field, review by FM/Engineer.
  • Review and approve Critical power down maintenance activity for the region.
