Team Manager

This role is focused on managing 20 Sales Rep with continuous Revenue and Gross profit growth with Client, managing monthly Pay & Bill of the Sales Rep, coaching Sales Rep in improving sales, designing suitable solutions, submitting proposals, conducting presentations and ultimately closing deals. The role requires good client management skills through strong interpersonal and communication skills, marketing and strategic analysis, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.


Responsibilities

A) Sales and Management

  1. Comprehensive management program to administer Sales Team in meeting Sales KPIs that is pre-designed by 3M and submit the following reports:

  • Weekly/Monthly KPI Performance Report

  • Weekly/Monthly Sales Calls Report

  • Weekly/Monthly Sales Attainment Report

  • Weekly/Monthly Attendance Report

  • Weekly/Monthly HR related matters

B) Payrolling

  • Managing monthly Payrolling of Sales Team

  • Managing Quarterly Sales Incentive Payout

  • Managing other variables e.g. allowances, expenses, overtime, bonus etc.

C) Sales Meeting

  • To attend scheduled meeting organized by the Client

  • Coach Sales Team during their site visit

D) Manage the business Profit & Loss

  • Increase or maintain current sales headcount

  • Improve Sales Team basic salary

  • Compute accurate and timely Invoice Submission

  • Ensure Client make timely payment and no payment outstanding


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field

  • 2+ years working experience with emphasis on client management and excellent pay & bill

  • experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels

  • of the organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • A strong working knowledge of costing / budgeting, scheduling and sales process

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

  • Excellent organizational skills, high energy with keen attention to detail and adherence to

  • deadlines

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of CRM Systems
