Team Lead (Korean)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively through chat, email and occasionally voice with account managers, advertisers, creative agencies and publishers to address issues in a timely manner
- Understanding client requirements and accurate implementing them with stringent quality parameters
- Handling queries/troubleshooting on assigned cases within Service Level Agreement
- Assisting clients in image hosting and promoting dynamic campaigns
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in International Technical Support /Customer Support preferably in avoice+chat support channels
- Client handling experience for advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Mobile), Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display,
- Mobile, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and/or Cost Per Acquisition) will be a significant added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in one of these languages - DE, FR, IT, ES, TR & RU
- Problem Solving and Analytical Aptitude (IQ 100 or above)
- Work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail, proactively communicate issues and seek inputs for remediation
