Job Description
- Ensure orders are processed in line with customers' delivery requirement.
- Liaise with customer on resolving any issue pertaining to delivery & shipment of goods.
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Access customer portal and perform monthly sales report for invoice.
- Monitoring customer sales by regular access to their portal.
- Responsible for stock return from customers due to defective and prepare Credit Note.
- Perform other job duties as requested by immediate Superior / HOD
