Role Responsibilities
- Execute supply chain assistant functions to move products from suppliers to customers.
- Review stock holding level and propose stock replenishment through standard form of matrix.
- Monitor distribution and logistics channels and work closely with 3rd party service provider
- Liaise closely with suppliers, warehouse and local forwarding agents in relation to shipment arrangement and documentations.
- Ensure input accuracy of shipment information in the systems based on suppliers’ Invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
- Review duty payment and / or SST (Sales and Services Taxes) requisition and ensure the full cycle is in compliant with Customs regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer’s issues relating to supply of products.
- Document all materials return records to troubleshoot quality issues.
- Action and highlight slow moving or obsolete stocks to Sales and Marketing personnel for further action.
- Responsible for stock count cycle.
- Provide support to overall issues pertaining to operations / logistics.
- Ensure ISO compliance for on-going work in the supply chain function.
- Responsible to complete month-end closing within the specific date.
- Responsible to generate and prepare month-end reports for the following i.e. annual purchase report, shipment forecast file, KPIs
- To assist management on ad hoc projects as may be required
Role Requirements
- Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Candidates must have 3 years’ experience in supply chain with warehouse experience as an added advantage.
- Candidates must have good analysis and communication skills.
- Know well about the ERP system.
- Candidates must good in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
