Job Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate and liaise with customers and forwarding agents on all import and export procedure to ensure timely shipment.

  • To analyse, monitor and improve TAT for both inbound and outbound shipments

  • Communicate with customers and shippers and resolve any escalation

  • Arrange and book for courier to collect the shipment on time, Input delivery information into the transport tracking report.

  • Keep a meticulous record of shipment information according to QMS requirement.

  • Work with warehouse team to ensure the warehouse operation fulfil target set and resolve warehouse or shipment issue if needed

  • Monitoring and ensure all operation comply with Customs License Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW)

  • To coordinate and support Trade Compliance Team in process of customs clearance, duty, taxes exemption and etc

  • Responsible to prepare all the custom’s report and related documentation (LMW).

  • Responsible to maintain and retain all customs documentation according to custom requirements

  • Ability to lead, supervise, develops and inspire the operation team to increase work productivity and discipline. Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports.

  • Train new staff in operating procedures and standards when necessary

  • Ensures that established policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed

  • Responsible to drive flow optimizations to enhance work efficiency.

  • Responsible to secure Business Continuity Plan and sustainability

  • Work as project team in RC TPI/NPI/ Improvement project within the Operation support scope.

  • Plans and organizes daily and near-term workload for maximum efficiency and effectiveness

  • Performs any ad hoc assignment as required by the Management

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain Management or any other equivalent

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Self-driven, team player, strong leadership and people management, dedicated and high sense of integrity

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be honest, team player, with a positive attitude and willing to share responsibilities

  • Strong analytical, planning and time management skills

  • Competency in Microsoft applications especially Excel. Experience in database management such as Tableau will be added advantage.

  • Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor

  • Experience in LMW will be an added advantage
