SMB Back-to-Back Sales Representative
We are looking for a driven SMB Back-to-Back Sales Representative to grow small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts in the IT hardware sector. This hybrid role (based in Kuala Lumpur) involves managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to order fulfillment—while working with resellers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through various channels

Manage end-to-end back-to-back sales processes

Build strong relationships with SMB clients and act as their main point of contact

Maintain deep product knowledge and advise on IT hardware solutions

Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports

Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications

2–4 years of sales experience in IT hardware or tech industry

Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and storage solutions

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
