Senior Service Desk Tech Support Analyst - Japanese
Salary: RM10,000
Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Job scope & requirements:
- Receive, track, answer and resolve calls from business users via phone, chat, and Email.
- Perform tasks associated with Invoice to Cash processes such as, invoicing, billing, reconciliation and etc.
- Ensure seamless and timely delivery and process of complex as well as normal tasks assigned
- Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs
- Take part in investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement
- Clearly communicate and are proficient in Japanese and English language.
- Knowledge in Active Directory, MobileIron, VDI, Office 365, Citrix, SharePoint
