Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plan
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that are designed to meet the needs of customers
  • Explore and Identify for potential new business opportunities and customers both locally & overseas
  • Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs so that they can be met efficiently
  • To promote Company’s product and system solutions to various industries
  • To achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives
  • To actively contribute to the performance of the Sales department
  • Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth
  • Provide accurate and timely Forecast's using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns and Leads.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers
  • Follow up on billing and debt collections

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 5 year(s) of working experience specialising in automation engineering or in the related field is required for this position.
  • A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and motivation skills
  • Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
  • Willingness to travel to sites if required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
  • Team player but also capable to work independently
  • Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus
