Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plan
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that are designed to meet the needs of customers
- Explore and Identify for potential new business opportunities and customers both locally & overseas
- Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs so that they can be met efficiently
- To promote Company’s product and system solutions to various industries
- To achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives
- To actively contribute to the performance of the Sales department
- Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth
- Provide accurate and timely Forecast's using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns and Leads.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers
- Follow up on billing and debt collections
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 5 year(s) of working experience specialising in automation engineering or in the related field is required for this position.
- A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and motivation skills
- Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
- Willingness to travel to sites if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
- Team player but also capable to work independently
- Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus
