Salary: RM 2500 + 200 allowance
Location: Penang
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the shop-in-charge in the day-to-day running of the store
- Provide superior customer service and going an extra mile at all time
- Greet all valued customers readily and be knowledgeable in products and promotions
- Share all information with customers and be able to recommend products to cross-sell,
- Upsell or add-on sales
- Share the FABs with all potential customers
- Handle merchandise with utmost care
Job Requirement
- • Excellent interpersonal skill managing both internal and external customers
- High integrity and good conduct and ability in critical situations
- Proactive, dedicated and responsible for work
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, and shift duty
- Good command of both spoken and written in English
- Conversation level in Japanese will be a plus( Not a requirement but a bonus)
- 1-2 years of solid relevant experience in retail store operations
