Senior HR - Recruitment Executive
Salary Range : RM8,500 - RM 17,000
Base: Rawang Selangor
Responsibilities :
1. Based on the company's business development plan, determine the human needs of each department, and formulate effective talent acquisition strategies;
2. Design and continuously optimize the recruitment management system, including talent selection methods, talent pool optimization, etc.;
3. Responsible for the recruitment and delivery of key positions;
4. Responsible for the expansion, integration and management of recruitment resources to form an effective talent supply channel;
5.the person in charge of talent Mapping, understand the talent demand situation, master the industry talent dynamics;
6. Other recruitment projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management or other related fields;
2. More than 3 years working experience in staff recruitment or worker recruitment;
3. Working experience in both headhunting and large manufacturing industry is preferred;
4. Excellent communication, understanding, observation, organization and coordination;
5. Have a good sense of cooperation, stimulate the team vitality and cohesion;
6. Fuent in English and Mandarin.
