SEA Integration Support Engineer
Salary: RM10,000
Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Support both SME & key merchant accounts, collaborate with internal teams and external partners on integrating diverse needs and perspectives to implement digitalization solutions
- Provide presales technical or presentation support to client service teams
- Analyze and evaluate client's business requirements, identify client's business objectives and real needs and translate into the technical aspects of the solution to internal teams
- Manage technical integrations, develop project implementation plan and ensure implementation plan is followed through and on track, adhering to appropriate standards and quality expectation
- Be the expert to support interventions on projects where solution quality or progress has become an issue, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to analyses, diagnose and resolve issues arisen during implementation
- Provide technical support and development guidance to clients and partners and provide onsite support to key merchants when necessary
- Keep track of issues encountered during implementation, refine solution patterns or develop tools for common and recurring issues, increasing integration efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subjects
- At least 2-years and above experience in digital capabilities, enterprise architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, microservices, REST API based and modern integration methodologies
- Highly analytical and able to manage complex solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills, ability to explain technology from a customer perspective
- Good presentation skills, ability to present and negotiate with external customers
- Well versed in both English and one of the local language in SEA countries.Good at project management, time management
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowing Chinese language is a plus
- Knowing mobile development is an advantage (HTML5, iOS, Android)
- Hands-on experience using Java Enterprise technology is an added extra
- Experience in Fintech technology, payments industry, and large-scale payment/e-commerce platform is a big advantage
