SAP Procure To Pay Functional Lead

Salary: RM15,500

Extensive experience in SAP implementation projects with a focus on Procure to Pay processes functions. Strong knowledge of SAP MM modules and integration across SAP and non-SAP systems. Functional Lead with experience across industries & sectors like Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, Services, Telecom, etc. Experience in overseeing the end-to-end business processes related to sourcing, procurement and inventory management. Will be responsible for leveraging SAP solutions to optimize and streamline the Procure to Pay cycle, ensuring seamless integration with various business functions and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Experienced in leading team for following:
1. Process Optimization and standardization:
Analyse, design, and implement SAP solutions to optimize and streamline the business processes. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in order management, pricing, billing, and revenue recognitionDrive process harmonization and standardization across regions for Global Template design and roll-out.

2. SAP Configuration and Customization:
Configure SAP MM modules to align with organizational requirements, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. .Design and implement efficient invoice processing workflows within SAP, integrating with Accounts Payable for timely and accurate payment processing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to invoicing and payment. Adopt clean core approach leveraging SAP BTP and non-SAP applications. Lead customization efforts to address unique business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to understand business requirements and ensure SAP solutions align with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements. Also, worked with integrations across systems for Planning, Reporting, and other business systems.

4. Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training programs for users to ensure proper utilization and understanding of SAP Procure to Pay functionalities. Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.

5. Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
Proactively identify areas for enhancement in the Procure to Pay cycle and propose innovative solutions.

6. Domain knowledge:
Must have good understanding on process across various industries and sectors like Manufacturing and CPRD including share service model operations.
