SAP Lead To Cash Functional Lead
Salary: RM30,000
Description:
Extensive experience in SAP implementation projects with a focus on Lead-to-Cash processes. Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including SD, Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Accounting. SAP Functional Lead with experience across industries & sectors like Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, Services, Telecom, etc. Experience in overseeing the end-to-end business processes related to order management, billing, revenue recognition, trade promotion and customer experience. Will be responsible for leveraging SAP solutions to optimize and streamline the Lead-to-Cash cycle, ensuring seamless integration with various business functions and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Experienced in leading team for following:
1. Process Optimization and standardization:
Analyse, design, and implement SAP solutions to optimize and streamline the business processes. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in order management, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition. Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions for Global Template design and roll-out
2. SAP Configuration and Customization:
Configure SAP modules related to Sales and Distribution (SD), Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Accounting to align with the specific needs of the customer. Adopt clean core approach leveraging SAP BTP and non-SAP applications. Lead customization efforts to address unique business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to understand business requirements and ensure SAP solutions align with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements. Also, worked with integrations across systems for Planning, CRM (like Salesforce), Retailer / Dealers Portals, etc.
4. Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training programs for users to ensure proper utilization and understanding of SAP Lead-to-Cash functionalities. Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
Proactively identify areas for enhancement in the Lead-to-Cash cycle and propose innovative solutions.
6. Domain knowledge:
Must have good understanding on process across various industries and sectors like Manufacturing and CPRD.
