SAP DEPLOYMENT OFFICER (7+1 MONTHS CONTRACT)

ROLE DESCRIPTIONS

• The contract duration is from 1st January 2023 to 31st July 2023.

• 7 months contractual basis with possible extension of a further 1 month.

• The possibility of being on-boarded as a permanent staff upon exemplary performance during the contract period.

• Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.

• On-the-job training (first month) will be provided before being deployed to client site for the following project activities (but not limited to):

1. Gathering of additional business requirements.

2. Assisting in blueprint amendments

3. Assist in solution testing and documentation at all testing phases of the project.

4. Manage data conversion activities.

5. Conduct key and end user trainings

6. Partake in cut-over activities

7. Point of contact for Post Go-Live issues.

8. Support month-end closing activities.

Work duration

• Jan 2023 – Training at WCS Putrajaya

• Feb 2023 onwards to be deployed on-site in 3 different regions in Sabah.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree Holder.

• SAP knowledge/certification would be preferred.

• Willing to travel extensively as client sites are located at 4 different regions in Sabah.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams)

• Excellent presentation skills including slide preparation and delivery of presentation.
