Role Summary
We are a leading furniture company with a global presence, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to support the Group’s operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients to meet sales targets through multiple channels such as cold calling, email etc.
- Ability to market company's entire product range and prospects for customers across assigned territories.
- Craft customer offers and be able to manage the entire customer sales cycle, including pre-sales, post-sales, credit management etc.
- Negotiate trade terms and margins with clients to achieve a win-win situation.
- Maintain good business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key clients.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the markets to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments such as operations, technical and procurement to organize work processes.
Required Skills
- To be successful in this role, he/she should have:
- Able to speak fluent English
- At least 5 years working and familiar with the local furniture market
- A proven sales track record
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
