Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to create effective sales plans.
- Work with senior management to set annual sales goals and objectives for the region.
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for the region.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of regional sales and business developments.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients within the region.
- Expand the customer base by targeting new segments and regions.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches to close new deals.
- Keep an eye on competitors’ activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Collect market intelligence to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
- Track and evaluate the performance by using key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, lead conversion rates, and customer retention rates.
