ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports to: Area Sales Manager
CAPABILITIES:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Self-Driven, proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Ability to execute sales plans that align with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Independent in executing day to day in market tasks, including in market hygiene and execution excellence.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities via new outlets and within current patch
- High discipline, good attitude and responsible character
- Fast Learner
- Team Player
- Ability to handle and work under pressure
- Have strong selling Skills
- Strong relationship management (ability to build and cultivate new ones)
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Ideal Minimum 3yrs Proven Sales Experience
- Industry Experience: FMCG, Retail Sales, Field Sales Exec, Door to door sales
- Minimum educational background - SPM or equivalent
- Active Drivers License
- Proficient communication skills (spoken and written) in English (Malay & Chinese language a plus)
- Computer Literate
