Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the import and export sector.


1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.

2. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.

4. Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed set targets.
Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing to promote products and support sales efforts.

6. Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the import and export industry.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed
