Sales Consultant

Employment Location: Bandar Utama
Working Days / Hours : Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm (Saturday Halfday)
Preferred start date: March Or April 
Salary Package : RM2800 - 3500 + commission (sales target)

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
  • Recommend and present appropriate solutions or products based on the client's needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of our offerings.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
  • Utilize CRM software or other tools to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and generate accurate sales reports.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis, consistently striving for professional growth and improvement in sales techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product features and benefits to clients.
  • Result-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiet in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
