Kick-off onboarding activities
Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications
Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform your job duties and/or dealing with customers in a demanding high-volume customer service environment
1+ years of scheduling experience
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Human resource experience preferred
Excellent computer skills, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and database applications
Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills (oral/written)
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Adaptable in approach and work style to changing demands, circumstances and fast-paced environments
The ability to be able to balance high volume with 100% accuracy
Proven solid attendance record with all past employment
High School Diploma or preferably some college
