Recruitment Program Coordinator
 
  • Background/drug processing
  • Kick-off onboarding activities
  • Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications
  • Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

Requirements:
 
  • 2+ years’ experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform your job duties and/or dealing with customers in a demanding high-volume customer service environment
  • 1+ years of scheduling experience
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Human resource experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and database applications
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills (oral/written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Adaptable in approach and work style to changing demands, circumstances and fast-paced environments
  • The ability to be able to balance high volume with 100% accuracy
  • Proven solid attendance record with all past employment
  • High School Diploma or preferably some college
