- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Review applications, conduct interviews (phone and in-person), assess candidate qualifications and skills, and perform background checks.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates, prepare and manage offer letters, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide reports to management.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining records, managing databases, and processing paperwork.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, job roles, and required skills.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms, actively source candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
