Recruitment Consultant - Segment: Japanese Hub

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Search and match required candidates, through company database, social media channels, portal site and other resources.

  • Negotiate salary to client candidates offers.

  • Screening candidates FtoF or phone/Skype.

  • Coordination of candidate interviews with the client, including Interview preparation and coaching to candidates

  • Preparation and submittal of proposals on client’s deadline

  • Follow up actions with candidates regarding the results of their interviews.

  • Reviewing recruitment complement to ensure effectiveness of selection and improvement of the recruitment process.

CANDIDATE PROFILE/JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years working experience with emphasis on recruitment agency or internal hiring.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • A strong working knowledge of sourcing and social recruiting

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent attitude, willingness to learn and develop.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills, high energy with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
