Job Responsibilities
Lead full cycle recruiting, from planning, sourcing, assessing, through hiring
Source candidates via applicant tracking system, job boards, search engines, social networks
Fulfil open requisitions with timely and cost effective methods
Know Experis business and our competitors. Establish yourself as the subject matter expert on the industry and talent
Have a thorough understanding of technical roles
Understand current and future talent needs. Anticipate future trends
Continuous improvement against our core metrics which include quality of hire, cost per hires, employees
Maintain records and files, ensuring recruiting practices are in compliance
Maintain solid industry awareness and in terms of hiring trends, competitive intelligence as well as compensation trends and challenges
Coordinating on-boarding processes including: account setup, conducting new-hire orientation, collecting/processing of all required new-hire paperwork
Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline

This role is focused on fulfilling the Job orders consistently by identifying potential candidates based on client’s needs, source at fast pace, follow the full recruitment cycle and ultimately close the positions within the stipulated SLA’s. The role requires focused individuals with independent work style, good communication skills, strong sourcing and recruitment skills along with exceptional negotiation skills.
Job Requirements
Must have 3 to 4 years of proven skills in IT recruitment
Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified consultants
Source and screen potential candidates for openings
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
Working experience on portals like dice, monster, Carer Builder, LinkedIn. etc.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to IT professionals based outside Malaysia
Should know about local labour Law and Tax
Experience in Managing ATS
Ensure ongoing engagement of active and passive quality candidate talent pipeline, both internally and externally, to support immediate and long-term needs. Externally, this may include networking, engaging via social media, or organizing events. Internally, active participation in talent cultivations of employee referrals
