Job responsibilities
 
  • Carry out duties and tasks related to front desk services.
  • Answering calls, handling calls to take messages for client, staff while ensuring that all guidelines on confidentiality and product representation is maintained.
  • Manage Visitor registration, with laptop registration. Having visitors seated in the designated space until their host is available to guide them around the office.
  •  Act as liaison person for new staff, support the process of a smooth onboarding including documentation and responding to first level queries. Including assigning access cards, lockers, as well as maintaining the new joiners and leavers master list.
  •  Responsible for all the files and documentation that are kept at the office with proper filing method and kept under lock and key. This includes visitor registration logs, Parcel registry, etc.
  •  Responsibilities may rotate between reception, mailroom, administration, and pantry duties as and when required by the business.
