PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager (Electrical) 

Employment Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Salary Package: RM 9,000
Working Days: Mon – Fri
Working Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm


AUTHORITY:

• To issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) on non-conformances identified.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Implement all relevant ESH management policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Ensure the company fulfils its contractual obligations to clients.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate project operations, engineering, and supervise Project Engineers.
• Oversee and monitor subcontractor activities at project sites.
• Maintain good housekeeping and always enforce safety practices.
• Ensure all work complies with customer engineering standards and project specifications.
• Review site progress and allocate resources as needed based on project priorities.
• Ensure inspections and testing meet client requirements.
• Prepare progressive invoices for clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and health regulations at the workplace.
• Monitor and improve QESH performance at the project site.
• Undertake all duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (Power Electrical).
• 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those experienced in handling power sub-stations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise engineering teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with applicable quality, legal, environmental, safety, and health requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
