Project Finance Coordinator
Location: Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead meetings for project vendor payments
Update vendor payment report on a weekly basis (if any)
Coordinate with both internal and external parties (consortium partner) to gather information;
incoming invoice
overdue invoices
hedging rate
payment proposal
payment approval listing
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Finance/Business Admin or equivalent
Minimum of 1-year working experience
Good communication skills with the ability to speak to all levels of people
