Project Finance Coordinator
Location: Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead meetings for project vendor payments
- Update vendor payment report on a weekly basis (if any)
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties (consortium partner) to gather information;
- incoming invoice
- overdue invoices
- hedging rate
- payment proposal
- payment approval listing
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Business Admin or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year working experience
- Good communication skills with the ability to speak to all levels of people
