Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Development Manager to oversee and track the progress of our subsidiary companies and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong follow-up skills and the ability to ensure projects are well-documented and moving forward efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the progress of projects across multiple subsidiary companies.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
