Job description
- Possess a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within the mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Proven history in the utilization of hand, power, pneumatic tools and production jigs / fixtures, etc.
- Ability to read drawings, work instructions and complete work orders & check sheets as deemed necessary.
- Ability to enforce all QHSE requirements and methodology in place at the assigned work site and provide input into the constant improvement.
- Ability to perform job related training to Semi-skilled workers as deemed necessary.
- Ability to lead work group of 2-4 Semi-skilled workers in performing any combination of repetitive mechanical overhauls and installations.
- Ability to perform all related tasks without direct supervision.
