Salary: RM7,500

Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to define product development plans based on business positioning.
Based on product planning, define product features, workflows, user experience, and backend solutions; create wireframes and write detailed requirement documents.
Drive product-centric development by efficiently coordinating UI, development, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
Manage and assist with post-launch improvements, including bug tracking, gathering feedback, and proposing enhancement plans.
Monitor, collect, and analyze product operation data; gather user feedback to improve business logic, user experience, and operational processes.
Responsible for compiling front-end and back-end product requirement documentation and coordinating communication across project teams.

Clear logical thinking with the ability to understand and uncover customer needs.
Over 3 years of experience as a mobile product manager, at least mid-level; B-end internet product experience required. SaaS and CRM product experience is a strong plus.
Strong business and data sensitivity, with a keen ability to identify and solve problems.
Highly proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of focused problem-solving with strong perseverance.
Proficient in documentation, skilled in tools such as Excel, Axure, and MindManager.
Results-oriented, with strong communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent team collaboration spirit.
