Procurement Support Desk 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide solution/guidance to handle incoming queries on phone calls/emails and portal

  • Handle escalations

  • Carry out triaging and advise requester to correct buying channel & support all Procurement related matter

  • Provide continuous improvement in processes using LEAN or Six-Sigma methods

  • Helpdesk Support – Review operational issue and log on helpdesk queries in ticketing system

  • Ensure all queries are processed and compliant with client policies and procedures

  • Ability to solve problem within given SLA

  • Ability to investigate/results, follow up and resolve open items

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualifications: Diploma in any Business Studies

  • At least 18 months’ experience in calls, emails and love chat in contact center

  • Verbal (Cantonese & English) and written (English) communication skills

  • Knowledge in Oracle Fusion, Emptoris and Archer will be an advantage

  • Experience or knowledge in Procurement & PR to PO will be an add-on advantage

  • Must have great problem solving skills & have great team work

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
