Procurement Support Desk
Responsibilities:
Provide solution/guidance to handle incoming queries on phone calls/emails and portal
Handle escalations
Carry out triaging and advise requester to correct buying channel & support all Procurement related matter
Provide continuous improvement in processes using LEAN or Six-Sigma methods
Helpdesk Support – Review operational issue and log on helpdesk queries in ticketing system
Ensure all queries are processed and compliant with client policies and procedures
Ability to solve problem within given SLA
Ability to investigate/results, follow up and resolve open items
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications: Diploma in any Business Studies
At least 18 months’ experience in calls, emails and love chat in contact center
Verbal (Cantonese & English) and written (English) communication skills
Knowledge in Oracle Fusion, Emptoris and Archer will be an advantage
Experience or knowledge in Procurement & PR to PO will be an add-on advantage
Must have great problem solving skills & have great team work
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
