Procurement Support Desk
Responsibilities:
- Provide solution/guidance to handle incoming queries on phone calls/emails and portal
- Handle escalations
- Carry out triaging and advise requester to correct buying channel & support all Procurement related matter
- Provide continuous improvement in processes using LEAN or Six-Sigma methods
- Helpdesk Support – Review operational issue and log on helpdesk queries in ticketing system
- Ensure all queries are processed and compliant with client policies and procedures
- Ability to solve problem within given SLA
- Ability to investigate/results, follow up and resolve open items
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications: Diploma in any Business Studies
- At least 18 months’ experience in calls, emails and love chat in contact center
- Verbal (Cantonese & English) and written (English) communication skills
- Knowledge in Oracle Fusion, Emptoris and Archer will be an advantage
- Experience or knowledge in Procurement & PR to PO will be an add-on advantage
- Must have great problem solving skills & have great team work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
