Salary: RM7,000
Salary Range: RM5,000 to RM7,000 + Bonus (this role is bonus based, no commission)
*This role cover Penang Island, Prai and Kulim
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead and drive a sales team of 5 to 7 members to achieve targets and company goals.
- Provide motivation, guidance, and leadership to the sales team
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, ensuring the sales team meets targets.
- To sell and promote company financing products.
- Attend to Sales Advisor and walk in customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction in internal and external.
- To perfect loan submissions and documentation for approvals.
- To participate in roadshows during weekends and conduct site visits.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum diploma/degree holder.
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in any related industry.
- Strong leadership qualities, result oriented, self-driven and with strong sense of urgency
- Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergize the team towards achieving sales target
- Must have own transport.
- Must be willing to travel around Penang, Prai and Kulim
