A Beauty Expert is expected to lead with service. Highly proficient in the art of connecting with consumers, the Expert delivers a hyper-personalized service experience based on consumer needs, skin goals and lifestyle, while personifying the product Service Mission and Values. Experts continue the tradition of building product by word of mouth, recruiting new customers through their relationships and social media presence. They have full ownership of their career through ongoing 
education workshops to continually elevate their skillset.


1. Sales and Client Service

  • Build sales to meet goals/KPI targets through in-person and virtual personalized client experiences, leveraging private and public platforms 

  • Demonstrate the Language of product through product knowledge and selling skills, including impeccable service, Skincare Artistry, Mixology and customized demonstrations, following the product Service Ritual

  • Conduct personalized consultations (in-person and virtually) using Purposeful Questioning, Positivity and Visualization as key differentiators for the brand, supported with product tools 

  • Listen to and understand client feedback on products, service and promotions, providing feedback to Retail Manager, Counter Manager and/or Area Commercial Executive (ACE)

  • Manage client communications, sampling, and other client services according to products protocols

  • Handle client returns/concerns professionally, leveraging as opportunities to build relationships

2. Store Operations, Inventory, Launch Promotions and Events

  • Maintain a luxurious, inviting shopping environment with all visual merchandising executed to brand standards

  • Understand and monitor stock levels, including assisting with set up for launch promotions or events

  • Assist in all aspects of events including set up and booking of clients

3. Client Registry 

  • Develop and manage client relationships, using the client registry to offer personalized service and build long term relationships, adding clients to the system and updating information on every visit 

  • Use appropriate follow-up procedures, contacting clients via preferred contact method, personalizing all communication 


  • Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience.

  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and through virtual selling tools

  • Proven track record of excellent client service and demonstrated virtual services and selling skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

  • Experience in a cosmetics/luxury environment and skin care preferred

  • Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation, Live Streaming


  • Adhere to product uniform and grooming uniform guidelines, reflecting the inherent luxury of the brand

  • Behave as a brand ambassador at all times, maintaining a pleasant, calm, and composed disposition
