Job Summary:

You will be the face and voice of our brand across social media platforms. This role involves creating, curating, and hosting engaging content that resonates with our audience, driving brand awareness, and fostering a community around our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, produce, and host live and pre-recorded social media content. Plan and execute content strategies for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.

Audience Engagement: Interact with followers in real-time during live sessions, responding to comments and messages. Foster a sense of community and engagement among followers. Monitor and analyze audience engagement and feedback to adjust strategies.

Brand Representation: Act as the public face and voice of the company on social media. Maintain a consistent brand tone and style across all content. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics for social media content and campaigns. Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and other key metrics. Use data insights to refine and improve content strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding. Partner with influencers and other brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
