Salary: RM5,500
This role involves planning and executing outbound lead development campaigns within the solutions and services industry. The Lead Development Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting cold outreach, building initial relationships with prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team. They also play a key role in educating potential clients about the company's offerings and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales and consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outbound lead generation campaigns
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media
- Build rapport and understand business challenges
- Schedule discovery meetings with the sales team
- Maintain CRM data accurately
- Educate prospects on product offerings and value proposition
- Collaborate with sales and consultants to ensure a seamless sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in sales or marketing
- 5–6 years of experience in sales development (software experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate customer needs
- Familiar with outreach and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Motivated, self-starting, and team-oriented with a proactive mindset
