POSITION : Lab Technician (Fragrance Specialist)
REPORTS TO : Area Commercial Executive / Commercial Manager/ Education Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring a welcoming environment for client in the store
Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients
Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the products
Building client database by gathering all clients information
Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests
To drive commercial and achieve the sales target allocated
IN-STORE OPERATIONAL DUTIES
Up-keeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room)
Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales
Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Minimum high school education, college background preferred.
Job-Related Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience
