REPORTS TO : Area Commercial Executive / Commercial Manager/ Education Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring a welcoming environment for client in the store
- Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients
- Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the products
- Building client database by gathering all clients information
- Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests
- To drive commercial and achieve the sales target allocated
IN-STORE OPERATIONAL DUTIES
- Up-keeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room)
- Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales
- Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Minimum high school education, college background preferred.
Job-Related Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience
