Job Descriptions
Search and match required candidates, through company database, social media channels, portal sites and other resources
Negotiate salary to Client candidates offers
Screening candidates through face-to-face, phone or Skype / video call
Coordination of candidate interviews with the client, including Interview preparation and coaching to candidates
Preparation and submittal of proposals on based on client’s deadline
Follow up actions with candidates regarding the results of their interviews
Reviewing recruitment complement to ensure effectiveness of selection and improvement of the recruitment process
Job Highlights
This role is focused on Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
The role requires continuous market expansion and the establishment of profitable partnerships with
candidates and clients through strong interpersonal and communication skills, marketing and strategic
analysis, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
Job Requirements
1+ years working experience with emphasis on recruitment agency or internal hiring
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A strong working knowledge of sourcing and social recruiting
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent attitude, willingness to learn and develop
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Excellent organizational skills, high energy with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
