IT Clerk
Salary: RM1,500 + RM250 (house allowance) + RM300 (meal allowance) + OT
Location: Ipoh, Perak
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing filing, data entry, and effective communication to enhance the governance system's efficiency within PPPNP.
The core functions of the Clerk also include the following responsibilities:
- Assisting with documentation and file management related to purchases, payment claims, IT asset lists, IT infrastructure, system workflows, and staff information management in the IT Unit, such as official letters, memos, and offer letters.
- Assisting in overseeing IT equipment, infrastructure, and internal application systems within the Perak SADC staff workspace.
- Handling and providing support in organizing both internal and external meetings.
- Providing technical support at the headquarters and plantations.
- Assisting in communication with vendors involved in various IT Unit matters.
- Performing other tasks as directed by superiors as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must possess good skills, proven professional experience, and detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
Additionally, candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Aged between 20 and 30 years.
- A diploma in Information Technology/Office Management or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in handling Microsoft 365 software.
- Experience in IT or administration is an advantage.
- Neat appearance.
- Honest and with high integrity in performing duties.
- Physically fit.
- Able to multitask.
- Possess interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and able to communicate well with management at all levels and external parties.
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and work individually or in teams according to instructions given from time to time.
- Willing to work overtime.
