  • Own, drive and deliver business requirements and design for Insurance & Investment Accounting

  • Develop and articulate the business outcomes, business solution and benefits for Insurance & Investment Accounting

  • Act as the overall technical subject matter expert (SME) for Insurance & Investment Accounting and drive collaboration across Head Office and Business Units, including design decisions

  • Identify current user pain points and translate them into requirements for the Insurance & Investment Accounting solution

  • Lead business design and prototyping for Insurance & Investment Accounting, covering data, process, controls, accounting, and reporting requirements

  • Collaborate with business, change, and technology SMEs as part of multi-skilled teams, particularly in design-related discussions

  • Provide business input into solution design, data and integrations, and other key decisions to support the transformation of Insurance & Investment Accounting

  • Achieve relevant business outcomes for Insurance & Investment Accounting, including:

  • Standardisation through global design and implementation

  • Simplification through global design and implementation

  • Automation through global design and implementation

  • Faster reporting enabled by new design and implementation

  • Increased value creation from improved processes

  • Enhanced user experience and better working lives through system improvements

  • Support delivery of the Finance transformation programme and internal capability building for Insurance & Investment Accounting, including:

  • Quality of design and implementation deliverables

  • Clear focus on achieving defined business outcomes

  • Ability to lead and develop both self and team members

  • Effective stakeholder and end-user engagement throughout the programme
