HR Manager
Salary: RM12,000

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resource functions for SEA countries, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the Company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and local legislation.
- Address employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, HRIS management, and documentation. Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Work closely with HR lead from other countries to ensure alignment of HR strategies and practices and HR projects.
- Office management including providing administrative supports, etc.
