Job description:
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that inform HR decision-making.
- Create and distribute HR reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure HR data is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy laws.
- Change reporting line, cost centre change, work location change, contract Duration/Type Changes
- Develop requirements documentation and conduct analysis of HR data access system change requests (SCRs) with impacted areas/owners
- Raise awareness of system access gaps, risks or concerns to management & SAP security team to arrive at a sound business solution
