Accountabilities
- Handle payroll and employee taxes – working closely with both payroll team and payroll vendor based in India
- Maintain all information in Workday and ensure records are up-to-date
- Handle all on boarding and off boarding processes
- Ensure HR operations monthly KPIs are met i.e. HR tickets are attended and solved within time frame
- E-leave management
- Vendor management
- Recruitment
- Manage 3rd party workers – be the key point of contact with Manpower
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and country statutory requirements
- Establish and maintain good working and symbiotic relationship with internal customers and external partners
- Lead/Organize employee engagement activities
- Assist Human Resource Head in all ad-hoc activities
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
- Strategic & conceptual assessment of HR Operations and the ability to translate these into deliverables and results
- Hands on Operational Experience
- Experience in handling payroll and statutory payments
- Good understanding of local cultures and legislative requirements
- Good communication, presentation and listening skills
- Experience in using Workday would be an advantage
- Good spoken/written English
- Ability to maintain high level confidentiality
