Head of Property – Kuala Lumpur
Employment Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary Package: RM 25,000 (Negotiable)
Working Days: Mon – Fri
Working Time: 8:30am - 5:30pm


Principal Accountabilities: -

Land Matters Management
  • Oversee and monitor land acquisition processes, mutual agreements, alienation, stratum title registration, and compliance with government policies on land matters.

Revenue Optimization
  • Evaluate revenue and ridership potential by ensuring the optimization of existing and future land assets, particularly around required stations.

Property Development Planning
  • Plan and formulate business proposals for new property developments.
  • Oversee the selection of development partners.
  • Supervise the full development cycle, from planning to implementation.

Advisory Role
  • Provide technical and commercial advisory on land management and property development, including strata regulations, statutory requirements, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with railway project directors to plan and execute Rail-Property concepts.

Stakeholder Management
  • Develop and implement stakeholder relations strategies to address issues and risks effectively.
  • Lead engagement efforts to ensure seamless collaboration with various stakeholders.
 
Requirements: -

Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or similar).

Professional Experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development and urban planning.
  • Proven track record of leading development or redevelopment initiatives and projects successfully.

Key Skills
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills, with the ability to engage community members, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, statutory requirements, and technical aspects of land and property development.
