Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support our company executives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Malaysian public companies and possess excellent language skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to company executives.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably with Malaysian public companies.
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
