Enterprise Account Manager
Employment Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Salary Package: RM 5,000 – RM 9,000 (Including allowances)
Working Days: Mon – Fri
Working Time: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Role Summary: -
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales, sales operations, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis.
Job Descriptions: -
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts.
• Account Growth & Retention: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand product and service usage within the account portfolio, achieving revenue and account growth targets.
• Customer Success: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to provide excellent service.
• Strategic Planning: Work with clients to understand their long-term goals and develop account plans that align with both their objectives and company offerings.
• Renewal Management: Proactively manage contract renewals, negotiate terms, and address any issues to secure continued partnerships.
• Market & Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitor landscape to effectively advocate for clients' needs and communicate relevant solutions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights to clients and internal teams, and using data to drive improvements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to optimize client engagement strategies and resolve any client issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for international partners and clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements: -
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience.
• Account Management and Business Development skills.
• Lead Generation and Sales skills.
• Experience in Sales Operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Data Center solutions and technologies is a plus.
